4) Cookies, Analytics, and Communication Tracking
How browsing and communication metadata may be used
4.1 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use session cookies, preference cookies, security cookies, and performance cookies to maintain login state, protect user sessions, remember interface settings, and improve service reliability. Some cookies are strictly necessary for platform operation and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
When optional analytics cookies are used, they are intended to measure aggregate usage patterns, identify technical bottlenecks, and improve navigation quality. These analytics are designed to avoid unnecessary personal identification when aggregate measurements are sufficient.
4.2 Email and Notification Metadata
For service communications, we may process delivery metadata (delivery status, bounce reports, anti-abuse checks, and technical routing logs) to ensure message reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery failures.
Mandatory security messages (such as OTP, account lock alerts, or high-risk action notices) may be sent regardless of optional marketing preferences.
4.3 Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting
To preserve service integrity, we may apply automated rate limits, temporary throttling, anti-bot controls, and challenge-response mechanisms. Repeated abusive patterns may result in temporary or permanent restrictions as allowed by the Terms and applicable law.
