4) Financial Operations, Verification, and Enforcement

Strict conditions for sensitive actions and account controls

4.1 Verification Before Sensitive Operations

For withdrawals, profile changes, security resets, suspicious logins, or other high-impact actions, the platform may require additional verification steps before execution.

Such checks may include OTP confirmation, identity consistency checks, anti-fraud scoring, temporary review windows, and manual control in exceptional cases.

The user acknowledges that verification delays are a legitimate security measure and do not constitute a service breach when proportionate and justified.

4.2 Temporary Restriction and Hold Measures

If abnormal patterns are detected (unusual velocity, identity mismatch, impossible travel, repeated failed validations, abuse signals), the platform may temporarily restrict some or all account functions.

Restrictions may include login challenge hardening, outgoing operation hold, payout review, communication verification, and forced credential reset.

These controls are preventive and may remain active until risk is resolved or satisfactory evidence is provided by the user.

4.3 Enforcement and Consequences

Any intentional abuse, circumvention attempt, fraudulent behavior, false declaration, or repeated violation of operational rules may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

Where legally required or justified by severity, data relevant to the incident may be preserved and transmitted to competent authorities.

The user remains liable for damages caused by prohibited behavior to the extent permitted by applicable law.
