5) Intellectual Property, Content Rules, and Final Clauses

Use limitations, legal hierarchy, and binding acceptance

5.1 Intellectual Property and License Scope

All platform elements (software components, interface layout, branding elements, text structure, and protected materials) remain under their respective rights holders.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for lawful personal or business usage according to the intended functionality.

Any unauthorized extraction, republication, reverse engineering, or distribution beyond legal exceptions is prohibited.

5.2 User Content Responsibilities

Users who do not accept these conditions must stop using the platform and request account closure through official support channels.
